We are currently experiencing significant delays due to Covid-19 throughout NSW and VIC. (Toll and Australia Post)
Many of our mail and parcel processing facilities have been affected by temporary closures.
On any given day a significant number of our people are in precautionary self-isolation in accordance with state regulations.
Delivery to WA & NT
significant rainfall in South Australia has caused flooding which has been widely reported as a once in 200-year event. This has severely damaged and submerged parts of the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) network and road network, impacting freight movements into and out of Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
We are working to mitigate the impact of this interruption on our customers, and we anticipate there will be ongoing challenges throughout the recovery period for at least the next 12 weeks.
Metro Melbourne/Sydney – 3-6 business days(approx)
Adelaide/Brisbane- 4-7 business days(approx)
Country Areas – 6-8 business days(approx)
Cancellation
Cancellation will be accepted within 7 days after delivery. Customer pays return freight.
Refund
In the event that the customer returns the item, the refund given will be the cost of sale minus the original shipping charge.
In the event that the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, then Timber Care will refund the full sale amount including the original shipping charge.
Note that packaging containing slight damage ie; a dint in the can which may occur in delivering your order, where it is not affecting the product within is not considered to be damaged.
Note: The customer accepts all responsibility to read and understand the manufacturer’s instructions.
